Before and After School Extended Care Program

Hales Corners Lutheran School offers Extended Care both before and after school, and is designed to accommodate students and families on a drop-in, as-needed basis. The program is not covered by the Choice Program and the hourly rate applies to all families who participate. One enrolled, no schedule is required and care is on a drop-in basis.

Kindergarten - 3rd Grade

Before School Hours: 6:30 - 8:15 am
K-3rd grade students gather in the library to play games, read, finish homework, and then go to the gym.

After School Hours: 3:15 - 5:30 pm
After school, students gather in room 1033 for homework and then games, outside/gym time, crafts, and a healthy snack at 5:00 pm. Students may bring additional healthy snacks.

Enrollment: Enroll your child by clicking the Extended Care Enrollment box in your TADS account. A $35.00 per child enrollment fee will be billed to your TADS account. Once enrolled, no schedule is required and care is on a drop-in basis. When you need to send your child, please communicate this to your child’s teacher.

4th-8th Grade

Before School Hours: 6:30 - 8:15 am – 4th 5th grade students gather in the Library to finish homework, read or study.

After School Hours: 3:15 - 5:30 pm - After school, students gather in room 1029 for homework, reading, quiet games and then outside or the gym time.
